Он включил кооператив в предупредительный список именно для того, чтобы взять потом активы под свое управление в Фонде защиты прав вкладчиков – кстати, протокольного решения о включении в этот список в ЦБ не оказалось, потому что решение о включении в список принимал лично Лях.
